We stand behind the quality of our torches. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or discounted products

• Damaged items due to misuse
